As part of The Marketeer Canada, some clients wanted a re-design on their websites. These are multiple websites from multiple clients but the process is pretty much the same and applies across projects.
As the Founder of The Marketeer Canada and the main Web Designer, I collected data and created the designs, mockups and flows.
I use Lucidchart to create workflows, site mockups and wireframes.
The actual website can be created on the client's platform (if any) or migrated to Groovefunnels, where I provide design, hosting, Email Marketing and Video Hosting in a single platform at no extra cost for the client.
Some clients work on Wix or Clickfunnels too. In these cases, I get provided access to their platforms and work directly in them.
For client onboarding, meeting minutes and Documentation, I use Clickup.
The process starts by crafting User Personas using a standard workshop and template. This provides visibility for both me and the client on many insights and language to be used throughout the website.
Then, I create a Customer Journey for each Persona that will drive the type of website, for example from a simple Landing page to a full Sales Funnel.
Once these 2 are complete, I document the current Website flow and create a new Flow that supports each persona and their Journey.
After approval, I get to design the Website in the tool, ensuring all screen sizes are optimized. Meaning, that smaller screens display the data on a way that still makes sense, is not cropped, overlapped or missing.
From 2 to 4 weeks takes to complete the process for each Website.
There are on average 3 Personas per Website.
